We believe...

That you can live outside of your depression, anxiety, and suffering.

That mental illness, like physical illness, is a treatable condition.

It can happen to anyone for any reason, and in most cases, it is preventable.

That you can change the way you feel.

That after a few sessions with us, you won’t want to go back to the old way of being.

Be proactive and show kindness to yourself. You don’t have to feel terrible to call us.

You can change the way you feel.

Did you know?

  • Half of all mental disorders start by the age of 14 and peak during the transition from childhood to young adulthood.

  • 1 in 5 people will experience clinically relevant mental health problems before the age of 25.

  • 1 in 4 adults suffer from one or more diagnosable mental disorder.

  • Anxiety disorders are the most common and are highly treatable, yet only 37% of those suffering receive treatment.

  • Intervention strategies have positive effects on eliminating the presenting problem and in improving other areas such as interpersonal conflict, loneliness, and work life balance.
