What We Do
Preventative and Maintenance
Build mental-health habits before problems grow and keep gains that you’ve already made.
-
Prevention: lifestyle skills for stress, sleep, focus, relationships, and emotional regulation. Learn the “why” behind patterns and practice small, repeatable changes.
-
Maintenance: support for people in recovery or managing a stable/chronic condition between therapy episodes.
Note: Maintenance is not for active, unmanaged mental-health symptoms. If you’re unsure whether coaching vs. therapy is right, we’ll help you choose.
