We are in network with:
Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Carelon, Optum, Oxford, Oscar, UBH, UMR, Humana, Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.

If we are not an “in-network” provider with your health insurance, you have the option to pay out-of-pocket rates and request reimbursement from your health insurance. Zumaya may be considered an “out-of-network” provider, which means your health insurance company may directly reimburse you for a portion of your out-of-pocket costs. Please inquire directly with your health insurance company for details.
For self-pay clients, we are available for longer or customized session times. Feel free to inquire!

If you miss an appointment or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge the full fee amount per session.

Given the high demand for mental health services, we kindly ask that you consider your fellow humans and cancel appointments in a timely manner. This allows others in need to utilize the appointment slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
