Preventative and Maintenance
Preventative services are designed for individuals who want to introduce mental health lifestyle changes into their health routine. Preventative work is also helpful to learn more about mental health and to work on specific behaviors that need improvement.
Maintenance services are designed for individuals who are in recovery of a behavioral health diagnosis or need support with managing a chronic illness. Please be advised that this package is not for individuals that are working through an active mental health diagnosis.

Brain Fitness for Men
Keep your mental health in shape and you will feel closer to your loved ones and have the energy to keep killing it at work. Men. You feel tremendous stress, you are overworked and sometimes it feels like no matter what you do, it is not enough. And you are thinking that this is only for people who are suffering a mental health condition. Nope. It is for men that are looking for a balanced life, for self-actualization.
So, if the room clears out when you walk in, you are grumpy and short with the people you love. Then ask yourself, “Is it me?”
Live outside. At worst you will gain deep insight about yourself. At best, you will feel less stressed, feel more connected to people, and have a toolbox for life’s challenges at your disposal. Your friends, dog and coworkers will want to know the secret. Learn more >

Who We Serve
We are an all-inclusive provider of mental health services to all people.
Adults
Adults benefit from a fresh perspective on an issue. Psychotherapy is a way to help people in self-discovery, treats mental illness and provides effective tools for emotional difficulties. The fact is that psychotherapy can drastically improve your quality of life.

Older Adults
Older adults gradually begin to experience cognitive deficits, memory loss and are at high risk for depression due to chronic illness, feeling lonely or a loss of purpose. A mental health wellness exam can provide support and treatment for mental health illness and catch early signs of Alzheimer’s and dementia. An early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s can reduce cognitive and functional decline and improve overall treatment outcomes.

What to Expect
Consider Zumaya your primary care mental health therapist.

After you schedule, you will receive an electronic intake form packet just like when you go see your primary care doctor. It will ask you questions about your mental and physical health. You will complete the intake forms at home and will be reviewed at your wellness telehealth appointment along with other mental health measures. This information is important to collect as it provides a baseline of your current state of mental health.

This baseline is a foundation for you to keep track and notice changes in your mind and body just like you would after a physical exam. At the end of your appointment, you will have an opportunity to ask questions, receive education on anything that came up during the exam and schedule a follow up session if needed.

Because COLLABORATION is one of our core values, with your permission, we will update your primary care doctor for a team approach to keep your whole body healthy!
